Shots (5 way) Adenovirus Type 1 (Hepatitis) , Adenovirus type 2 (Respiratory Disease), Parainfluenza, Parvovirus, and
Coronavirus. Distemper, Adenovirus, Parainfluenza, and parvovirus are modified live versions of the virus. Coronavirus is
a killed version of the virus.

We wormed with Nemex or Panacur for 3 days in a row when puppy are 2,4,6,8 weeks old or as needed

We feed Purina Puppy Chow and we recommend leaving dry kibble and fresh water out at all times for the puppy.

Puppy Contract

Section #1
A $__________Deposit will reserve puppy for the buyer until the puppy is ready to be shipping by seller or picked up by buyer.
Deposits are Non-Refundable. The puppy must be paid for in full one week before the puppy is scheduled to be shipped or when
personally picked up. The puppies will not be shipped before they are 8-12 weeks old. Every effort will be made by the seller to
assure that the puppy is healthy when its delivered to the buyer including health certificate if shipped, current shots and
worming. The buyer is responsible for all medical expenses incurred form the date of delivery or pick up.

                                                                                Section#2
The puppy will be guaranteed for one year of it's birthday against any life threatening defects. It covers kidney, heart,
pancreases and liver problems of a severs life threatening genetic nature.  If the puppy is found to have a life-threatening
defect, a complete report from the buyer's veterinarian must be faxed to the seller within 48 hours after the determination. The
original puppy must be returned along with all paperwork and buyer agrees to fill out all necessary forms to return ownership
of puppy to seller. If the puppy dies within this one-year period, the buyer will pay for necropsy to ascertain the reason for
death. If the reason is congenital, the seller will replace the puppy with one of the same value, to be determined by the seller. A
replacement puppy may not be available immediately. The buyer will wait until a puppy from a future litter is available. The buyer
is responsible for all shipping expenses to accrued by buyer. The health guarantee is not valid if the dog has been sold or
transferred to a new owner.
                                                                                  Section#3
We guarantee our puppies/dogs to be in good health to the best of our knowledge. The health guarantee does not cover the
following: Treatment for internal or external parasites or bacteria, cherry eye, loose hips, loose knees, skin allergies, elongate
soft palate, and small collapsed nostrils, bad or uneven bites, undescended testicles, demodex, mange, ingunial or umbilical
hernias. Fleas,ticks, ear mites, Coccidia, kennel cough, Giardia thyroid dysfunction.

Puppies can be severely stressed by change of environment so make sure you are prepared for the responsibility. Minor
stress related problems such as hypoglycemia, Coccidiosis or diarrhea are treatable and not a reason for return. We do not
guarantee against worms, ear mites, ear and eye infections as these are common occurrence dogs and can easily be treated.
All veterinary bills are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot guarantee the color, size or personality of a puppy/dog.

There is no guarantee or warranty the buyer will be able to show or breed the puppy, regardless of show or breeding potential
at the time of purchase. There is no money back if you decide the puppy is not to your liking.

Buyer understands the contract is under the jurisdiction of the state of Kansas.  It is agreed that the place of venue shall be in
Leavenworth County, Kansas for any legal issues.

The kennel is licensed, inspected, and complies with Kansas laws.

Continue to worm puppies on a set schedule for the lifetime of the puppy for the best chance of a healthy life.

Puppies need a total of at least 3 puppy shots dated 3 to 4 weeks apart and then a yearly booster given each year one the date
of it last puppy shot.

                                      AVOID placing puppies in public areas until all 3 shots are received.
